Founders Running Club is a running club where connecting with others is central. We unite people passionate about running, creating, and making things happen, providing them with a fresh approach to networking where communication feels organic and genuine.
Almost 1-Year Anniversary Celebration
On July 15, we celebrated our 365th day across our four major locations. It was the most significant day for us so far, not only in terms of numbers but, more importantly, in the opportunities we had to converse and connect. In all our new locations—Copenhagen, Amsterdam, and Boston—we set new attendance records at our runs. We also came very close to breaking the record in SF.

Additionally, we hosted two celebratory events in SF and Amsterdam, accommodating a total of 147 attendees. In SF, we had a cozy picnic in Golden Gate Park complete with champagne, BBQ, games, and a beautiful cake adorned with our logo. In Amsterdam, we organized a party and networking event in the historic building @meetberlage.

Inspired by the startup community in SF, we are creating a space where people can support, collaborate, partner, connect, and assist one another. We host weekly run + network events in eleven locations across the US, Asia and Europe for founders (including aspiring and former founders), their friends and families, investors, IT professionals, creatives of all kinds, and anyone interested in joining us.
      SF #TechWeek & TNW
In June 2023, one of our runs was an official part of SF #TechWeek in San Francisco and the TNW conference in Amsterdam. Both events followed our format of running + talks, but we met many new faces on these days.

In SF, we had 37 runners, and many more joined us for the networking segment. Since our networking usually unfolds over coffee or brunch, we stormed a several cafes near our location, and the entire queues were made up solely of our participants.

          Bay2Breakers
We participated in the iconic Bay2Breakers race dressed as a group of Forrest Gumps. We had 15 Forrests, one Jenny, and five other members wore different themed costumes. This was the only time the "Run, Forrest, Run!" joke landed perfectly.

Wings For Life World Run 2023
Founders Running Club, in collaboration with Nina Zarina and Red Bull, organized WFLWR at Crissy Field in San Francisco. We featured limited-edition merchandise with our logo by Tracksmith. Around 40 people participated in the run, and we had a few organizers on-site. There was an aid station stocked with snacks, coffee, and Red Bull drinks. The starting time was synchronized worldwide, so we began our run at 4:00 am and finished at sunrise.

          * Due to the venue's rules, we couldn't host more than 50 people.

I don't run much, but I'd like to join.
            FRC
That's okay. We welcome everyone to run at a comfortable pace and be as social as possible. We're beginner-friendly, and our routes are typically wheelchair compatible. You can choose your own distance and pace, and hiking is also an option. We offer guided warm-ups to prevent injuries, and there are several pace groups to select from. However, to truly immerse yourself in our community, we hope you'll cover at least some distance with us.

            How it works?
            FRC
We usually meet and greet for a few minutes after the announced time. Then, there's a guided warm-up, we split into pace groups, and off we go. After the run, we head to the nearest coffee shop for more networking.
